Valentines Cheesecake

This is the most involved cheesecake I have ever made (I've been making them for about ten years). It is a dark chocolate cheesecake (recipe found at Diana's Desserts). I finished with the decorating this morning, and can't wait to eat it at our Valentines Dinner with our friend Pat and Sarah.
